Psalm 103:1-22
ReplyDeleteThis verse talks about praising the Lord, and to remember all that comes with it. That He can heal anything and forgive anyone, if they ask for it. That without him we would all be burning in hell. We treat each other like for like, but He forgives us as we are. That God will always know our name, but once we are gone all the little material things we live for will once be forgotten. That one day, the Lord's kingdom will be over all for the rest of the days. A picture in this Psalms would be That one day our names will be forgotten, and all the people who are "famous" will be forgotten over the next generation. But God's name will always live on! (:
Tues. Psalm 139:1-24
ReplyDeleteThis verse talks about how God knows when we are about to stand, or sit. Which means He knows what we do before we do it. Before we even say a word, he knows it. It also talks about how everywhere we go, He is there as well. Wether its from Heaven, to making our beds. It talks about praising God because God's works are wonderful. That He will slay the wicked and take care of thy enemies. When I read this it makes me feel loved because God knows everything about me. The fact that he knows what I'll say before I say it is amazing! My mind can't even begin to comprehend how great it will be in Heaven!
Wed. Psalm 145:1-21
ReplyDeleteThis verse talks about praising God forever and ever. Saying He is great and praise worthy for all He has done for us. Saying He will show no love, but yet once more will not turn wrong for wrong. That He is good to all He greated, NONE is better than another. He keeps all His promises and helps the fallen. That we should always speak in praise of the Lord. One of God's qualoties that I need today is love. To love everyone and not just some people, and to above all not judge others.
Thurs. Prvb 4:1-27
ReplyDeleteThis verse says that we should listen so that we can gain understanding. Don't forsake the wisdom we are giving, and we will be protected. That we shouldn't put our feet upon the path of the wicked, or go twords any doors of evilship. Don't let the wicked get to us, for they can't sleep without having did some evil. Listen to the word of God and obey. Guard your heart and keep from evil. Finding wisdom is important in my life, but it issn't the most important thing in my life. I'm young and do foolish things, but not because I'm young, but because I haven't had years of experince with wisdom.
Fri. Eccl 12:1-14
ReplyDeleteThis verse says we should remember our Creater even as youngins. That not matter what happens we should always kepp that God created the world, and is the one and only God. That we should remember him no matter what, and he is always and always will be with us. That we should all take the word of the wise because they are like nails planted upon wood. And last that we should all fear God and keep every one of his commandments. Just today when I was making a wish on the dandilion I could remember God had made it along with every other thing in the world. That He made all the beautiful animals, flowers, and people. ;)
